State if Mississippi Commisioners of Registration Registration Advisory Notice Scam

I received a Urgent Notice from the State of Mississippi: Prize Information Bureau. This so-called Prize Bureau has sent out this letter to me telling me that I will receive $3,276, 450.00 if I would only sent them 20.00 dollars so that they can process and sent the monies that I have won. I wanted to make sure that what I was looking at was for real or a scam so I looked up the Commissioners of Registration of Mississippi to see if that office really exsisted and like I thought It did not.
The only difference that I have noticed on this letter that I haven't read about in any other report on this web site was that their was a internal tracking number on this letter. I wish that I had a way to use this number that is on this letter so that I could see what exactually is being tracked.
If anyone else receives a letter of this nature I would inform them to check with they state that is on the letter just to see if that commissioner or whatever exsist, and if it doesn't then go the extra step and send if you can a fax to your local FBI office so that they might be able to go further than you or I.
I wish that there was a way that we could find these people that is doing this and sue them for it, because this scam has seemed to work for them before, and now that all of us is, should I say "hard up" for extra cash do to losing our jobs or not being able to go to the doctor, or what ever it is that others are having problems with, this scam just might work again if we can't do anything about it. The people of the United States needs to start looking out for each other so that this kind of thing will not continue to hurt us. If we could find a lawyer that would take this case then that would be a good way to go, if the government would actually get out there and find these scammers, and bring them to justice.
We the people want scammers found and brought to justice so that the others that are out there will get the message that we mean business, and we the people will not stop until they are put out of business and behind bars where they belong.
Who is with me on this? I would love to hear from anyone about this letter and what you think that the people who have recieved this letter should do
