Agent refuses to return mobile home keys

I started requesting the keys from him on October 23. The Real Estate contract expired in March (and was never renewed) His client who owns this property is in hospital in Europe, he send me an affidavit, addressed to Bill Buchman, signed by his lawyer, requesting me to look after his property, which I am trying to do, but are not able to since Mr. Buchmann refuses to hand over the keys. There have been a lot of emails back and forth, which I will gladly provide you with. I need these key by November 14th, what is my recourse against this person? He knows me, I was there last year and he has no valid contract! Thank you.
