I've been being harassed since April of the year. They've attempted to express that I've not supplied them with present insurance policy after I changed insurance policies. I'd my insurance provider deliver the info for them atleast twice, I subsequently needed to get onto an internet site to enter all the info myself. Today although they understand I've never lapsed on insurance they always keep incorporating the additional insurance to my cost plus they expect me to pay for this additional cost along side overdue fees they may credit it back again to my consideration is the things they tell me. I'm as though somebody within this organization may determine this issue out and consider these costs from my consideration and crate up the selections group who're rude to clients. I work-in something business and that I wish that someday these folks collecting obligations might recognize it's not they truly are individual funds which sometimes the client is immediately is a mistake.

Could someone please help me?!?!?!
