Sold debt we settled to another debt collecto

We resolved a credit debt with RPM in July. Today we're obtaining selection words from Industry Leading Recovery Options stating your debt was never settled. We've repeatedly required negotiation characters from RPM, but to no avail. RPM claims they'll deliver a notice plus they never do. This stays on our credit being an outstanding debt even though it continues to be resolved! For 2 weeks after we settled the negotiation, RPM extended to contact seeking cost and were really rude about this. One "guy" actually began to shout at me after I told him we currently resolved and contended with me stating we didn't!!
