Ripoff, scam

I had a phone call for united card sevices say they would give me a credit card for 10,000 with no intrest for 4 or 5 years, if i paid them 249.00 for processing fees the only reason i did this is because i have not good but not that bad credit. Anyway I was suppose to get that card 2 months ago. Money was withdrawn from my account in feb. I got the letter like every one else that said it will arrive in 25 days. Then they dissappeared. All i want is my money back and that's it.
