Overbilling and additional deposits

Personally i think i'm being robbed by srp - since august 27th i've settled 696.00 in elecric charges and they're showing the balance due to become 498.00 - there's absolutely no means i'm utilizing the anount of electricity they've charged tome - in july i had been unemployed made a transaction to srp and called and gave them the receipt number and location where payment was built - they turned my power-off - after i named them they said they'd no record of my phone but did show my payment made and that i created another payment to obtain my service on. Now they're telling me that due to the service interruption (that ought to not have occurred since i created the cost) they're getting mean extra 300.00 deposit and are again threatening to show my power off tomorrow. I've talked with cs and her supervisor and am awaiting a phone in the floor manager
