Unsecured Corporate Credit Took money for services, never delivered on services

Stanberry sold a service where we paid money ($30,000) for a corporate structure that attracted a funding loan for a specific amount ($800,000 $150,000 LOC). After many months of waiting and trying to get visibility to the process, and after Stanberry missed every deadline they claimed at the beginning, we had nothing. Michael Mizrachi claimed that the lender was balking at a penalty that was to be levied if he moved his money from Switzerland, and we were advised to pay an additional amount of money ($50,000) to help compensate the lender (or wait another 5-6 months), and that the lender would increase the loan to $900,000 $150,000 loc to compensate. He also said the Stanberry had also paid $50,000 to the lender as compensation. After another long period we had still not seen any funding, and was still getting the run around from Mr. Mizrachi we asked for a refund, after several requests for a refund we finally decided to report the company and Mr. Mizrachi to the FBI for fraud.

Do not ever pay any money to Stanberry Corporate Credit Group or to Michael Mizrachi at any time, I have e-mailed and spoken to a number of individuals who have been ripped of by the company and individual. We have all contacted the FBI.
