Unreturned Bad Equipment

I had been a period warner client for last ten years. We were shifting from Austin, Texas in Sept having a new Work. And so I terminated the consideration Eventually Warner.

They explained to come back the gear. I returned the gear on September 15 that they observe within their program as delivered. I had been a person who usually settled his bills ontime and not had any problems for last ten years.

Later I acquired notice from TimeWarner stating that I have to spend them $125.00 for unreturned equipment that was on my bill. They stated they have to do some inspections to discover what gear is the fact that and later explained that what occurred was that in summer 2008 my cable modem went negative. A timewarner technology arrived and changed the gear having a new one. He was designed to get back the aged gear but he never did. I possibly dumped it because it was poor whenever we shifted to new house in August. Because it nevertheless exhibits under my consideration and that I have to spend $125.00 or they'll record me to credit companies.

They say they cannot do something until I spend. I'm feeling completely hopeless and never sure how to proceed and that's after ten years of loyality together. They're not allowing me keep in touch with the boss or anyone mature who are able to comprehend the actual problem, that will be their specialist's problem.

What my position is the fact that it had been their technology and his obligation to consider the gear back.

I'll probably never get Time-Warner in my own this existence if this goes uncertain.

Any help anyone can supply could be very helpful.
