I've a merchant account with BoA and had known my friend to start a merchant account in another of the bank centers in Texas on June 26. The affiliate guaranteed me that I'll obtain the recommendation reward with-in 3 months but didn't provide any promocode.

Now this is actually the 4th month and that I haven't got the total amount however.

I called them 4 occasions at 1.800.622.8731 and had online talk to them 4 occasions but didn't get any strong reaction from their website.

They state that they're confirming the demand and might abandon an email on my take into account the associated depts to procedure as well as that I'll not need to describe my problem every time I contact. But these hasn't occurred and that I needed to clarify my problem every time I contact. They're also requesting the promocode, that we didn't get. Was it-my problem???

However it is humorous they replicate the phrase "We realize your problem, but there's nothing much that people may do. Please call-back following a couple of days to check on the standing". I'm truly pissed of only at that. I'm today in India and certainly will not contact them frequently and that I don't plan to do this likewise.

I'm however uncertain whether I'll obtain the reward or not, despite the fact that they state that I'll.
