I had been charged $18.75 on my At&t-bill in the above 866 #. After I named, I had been informed it had been something to supply your very own 800#. I mentioned I'd never heard about them or requested their solutions. I had been advised I'd requested it thru my mail acc't! I actually donot understand how they acquired my current email address, and also have since observed many grievances re this support as well as their unautherized payment! Who requires a private 800# t / mobile phones, vm on landlines, and mail???
