Beware of this company

This company charged me 75.00 NSF fee for a check that when resubmitted cleared. They also took 50.00 of it out of my account without authorization. When I contacted them they said that it was turned over to a collection agency and they charged 50.00 and Graceland charged 25.00 that they added to my payoff. I called the company that the said it was turned over to and they tried to tell me that they could take any charges out of my account any time they wanted to. When I checked my bank statement the charge to my account says Graceland rental 50.00. So anyway you look at it Graceland rental charged me a 75.00 NSF fee. I am at the end of my term with one payment to go. I had never had a late payment of a check returned before. Another problem is when I signed the agreement I was having eye trouble. I ask the lady detailed questions about rental fees and such, she told me there were no rental fees. I later found out that she lied to me. They take 40% of each payment as a rental fee. I know this is in part my fault for trusting a company like this, and not having someone else look over the contract for me.
