Jon Muller took a check... Cashed it... Have not been able to reach them since

I was contacted by Jon Muller about doing a Equipment Lease. I filled out the application, receieved an approval back and some basic documents and was to send them a check of 1023.16 and sent it back with the signed docs and have not heard from them or been able to contact them via telephone or email since. I started doing more research online about them and found a lot of negative reports...
Not sure why they have to be dishonest... Want them to give money back.
