FDRS Did not do what they said they would, (Debt Relief)

I have been trying to contact these people because my wife and I are (were) clients. I had some issues that needed to be taken care of, so I tried to reach them by phone and email but was unsuccessful. We have been in their program for 16 months now and when I tried to contact them and couldn't, I started getting suspicious. Maybe I should have gotten suspicious about 16 months earlier. Anyway, we now have a judgment against us because these creeps didn't do what they said they would. I started investigating, and found out that these guys are a scam. My wife and I have been taken for about 9 grand. I feel like a real dope. If there is anything I could do to get at least some of my money back, I would be grateful. I just didn't know what to do next.
