FDRS.org, mark cella, debt termination scam, fraud

I signed up with FDRS many months ago, the next thing I know I am being sued by a debt collector. I have tried on many occasions to contact FDRS vis phone and fax and I have gotten no reply. I fell for their marketing pitch when they told me that they will provide an attorney if I did get sued... FDRS lied they don't have any lawyers and they will not return my calls!!
