Ripoff fraudulent business mistreated and ripped off outlandish late fees false promises

I applied online for a free credit report at freecredit report.com and CIC Credit Monitor Services debited my MasterCard (debit card) for $79.95 without authorization!

This caused 14 checks to be returned for insufficient funds by overdrawing my account totaling $350.00! CIC refuses to refund my money! I had mailed my bill payments prior to their debit and when my checks hit the bank for payment, they were all returned due to the $79.95 debit by CIC Credit Monitor Services.

My bank has written a letter stating they are responsible and they were not authorized to deduct funds. I am currently working with the Orange, California Better Business Bureau to recoup my money. CIC Credit Monitor Services continues to deny any wrongdoing and says I am responsible. Please do not use them whatever you do!!!
