Could there be a worse Bank?

We actually have two Lender of America records. One mortgage, plus one unprotected credit line. We'd been subjects of the economy, having a career reduction for 13 weeks and today finally back again to function! We did anything within our capacity to remain present on our balances, & most banks/charge cards like Uncover and Pursuit, were REALLY accomodating. Bank of America did NOTHING to assist with late charges or interest levels. We remained present on our mortgage for the whole 13 months, but obtained two overdue costs for being nore than 15 times late the final two months. Customer support stated there is nothing they might do assist people being we'd 2 overdue costs within the last 1 5 years. I would have favored a punch within the experience. It sickens me that the business such as this gets away with increasing rates of interest, declining to assist the customer within an economy they helped produce!
