First Vanco, Committed fraud and theft by stealing a small co-broker referral fee

Saul Garcia is a thief. I helped him close a loan for one of his clients who needed a special private loan, and, using Rafael Guitierrez's license (Saul Garcias' boss) we got the loan done and closed. Saul and Rafael, of Agricap Finnacial nand First Vanco, never sent the small referral fee they were supposed to send my way. Saul Garcia even had the gall to say that he had other business for me, just hold on, I wil call you tomorrow (Never happend). As if the promise of more business would make me forget that his greed was not clouding his judgement. Phone calls were not returned, nor were emails, the moment the check from the lender landed in their office. The lendr was also dismayed at the action of this broker, Saul Garcia.
Saul Garcia is not to be trusted. If he will steal money off of a very small ($76k) loan, I cannot even imagine what he will do what his greedy paws get on a nice, juicy loan. Consumers and brokers beware. He will go behind your back and steal from you, and use dirty tricks to deceive you. First Vanco and Agricap Financial (I have no idea how he can work for two brokers at once) should be ashamed of themselves for associating with someone of such low ethics and morals. I guess there are still dishonest brokers that have not been purged from the system operating out there. Beware of Saul Garcia, at First Vanco and Agricap Financial.
