They named today -10 12-09, they mentioned there is a charge warrant out for legal offenses I dedicated by not repaying the mortgage they claimed they depositied. I went right to my lender and examined for almost any remains in my own savings and nothing. I talked to some lawyer and he mentioned they broke the FDCPA and never to pay for them a cent. I'm also likely to contact the FDC. I visited the sheriff's workplace plus they examined my name for something.
