Unauthorized charges

Named organization on 10/9 to cancel my service because my financial situation has changed and I am now retired with very little income (I explained this to the rep) but rep informed me that I couldn't do that because my service was on a contract together with my web. He explained that I really could conserve money easily terminated my long-distance. At the moment I questioned basically could be punished and he explained no. And so I terminated the long-distance to improve my statement. After I delivered from my holiday on 10/28 I came across that my present statement was within the quantity of $370.14 and last statement was $159.01.in the place of heading down it went up. I had been labeled a fee charge of $200-plus. The boss stated that to get rid of the charge I'd need to include another year to my agreement and return to the bundle I'd prior to the change. There is no empathy. The repetition I talked with stated he was not illiterate after I asked him concerning the process and also the boss stated that that was all she can offer me.
