I had been dealing with the organization to obtain my mortgage loan modified. Etc I talked having an employee, Purelight Allah who had been helping me. He requested that I send/e-mail many doucments by which I did so. A couple of days later I received a notice declaring that my consideration might shut since I have did not supply all of the required paperwork.in addtion, I received NO doucmentation on which I had been getting help with. Mr. Allah went my credit with my authorization but never supplied me with disclosure notices. Etc.

I called him a week ago and quit a note declaring I required clarification concerning the closing and desired to repair the problem. No-return telephone call. I subsequently named the primary telephone number for give america requesting a brand new individual to assist me. They declined and stated that mr. Allah would assist me. The guy within the telephone named mr. Allah right subsequently and requested the mr. Allah contact me immediately. He informed another worker from give america he might contact asap. Properly the next day, nevertheless no telephone call from mr. Allah. I named the client support department to complian which individual did not return my telephone call.

I'm compeltely cheated! The guy within the telephone recently explained that mr. Allah legally was designed to supply me having a 45-page disclosure notice. I never received just one doucment from mr. Allah apart from the main one pagers "useis accreditation & agreement" and "notice of authorization for wingspan"

In addtion this guy explained he'd have the ability to modif my mortgage or work-out a brief pay-off. Apparnetly give america does not do these support. What exactly the heck was he attempting to sell me.

I simply wish anything wasn't screwed-up on my mortgage by give america where I'm likely to reduce my home.
