JP Morgan - Chase Bank - Chase Manhatten Bank - I have been charges $247.00 for a total of 4 insufficient funds charges resulting in the amount of 21.43. This rip off! Bank took my money and will not refund anything back. Charging more money!

I have been a customer of WAMU since 1999 I was forced to change over to the Chase Bank In late 2008 This was the worst move for me and my family. I have been with the SKULL N BONES based company like I said since the latter part of 2008 and I have never had a problem with insufficient funds before but, I've recently lossed two family members back to back in August and September of this year causing me to be all over the place. I incurred charges for insufficient funds the first charge was for 8.74 the bank charged me a $32.00 fee as well as a $32.00 extended fee fee Shooting my account out of wack. I called in to see if one of the charges could be waived they told NO! I then asked to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor JOY BURK Very Rude!!! Told me she would not refund anything and didn't, 11/2 weeks later I was hit with another charge for $105.72 for a $3.31 charge $. 72, and $4.25 resulting in a total of 8 dollars and change the rest of the $105.72 was for insufficent fund charges. I am responsible for the charges that my account did not cover but, when I explained the situation about my losses I wasn't looking for SYMPATHY!!! But I was in need of EMPATHY!!! And this bank has none. This SKULL N BONES organization is holding firmly to the CORRUPTION, GREED and WRONGDOINGS that it was founded on My account was ripped off by this bank and NOONE CARES!!! And this is very very sad.
