Unauthorized charges

Sadly used to donot find the $14.95 unfamiliar cost on my charge card until today.in overview of previous expenses, I came across it returning to March. I named the telephone # outlined alongside the cost and begged them to stop this consideration. I've no understanding of actually becoming a member of any such thing. I'm a senior battling to obtain by. I also known as my charge card organization, however they wont provide me credit for that cash I've dropped through this fraud.

Please help me if you're able to. Atleast set these crazy creeps from company.
