Ripoff, TOOK MY MONEY AND HAS STALLED ME FOR FOUR MONTHS ripoff business from hell

I received this card in the mail before christmas and thought well this sounds okay. Maybe I can get my kids some more things for christmas. I am a single mother raising three children, I work everyday. The sales rep. Was really nice to me over the phone telling me of all these wonderful benefits I was going to receive. So of course I fell for it.

I never realized that this business was a scam. I call the 800 number at least every two weeks for the last four months, since they took my money. I always get the same response, oh there is a delay in your package, no you can't get a refund, and it should be there on this date. A bunch of lies, lies, lies. I want my money back and them out of business, so they can't steal anyone else's money!
