I obtained a phone from "lanphier assoc." an attorney in campbell city florida, challenging cash to get a pay day loan from "nationwide paydayloans" obtained 12/08. They mentioned that I'd defaulted on the mortgage of course if not paid back today I'd be imprisoned on friday and taken up to judge. The individual that named was stacy wilson who seemed indian or iranian. I really could not undestand 1 / 2 of what she was telling me. I actually do understand I've never had a pay day loan in 2008. I named info and there's no info on the amount she named me from 727-362-1242. Additionally no record in campbell city florida for this company. Personally I think this can be a fraud and am not providing them with anything. They needed my banking account, social protection number and creditcardnumber. Actually i wasn't created yesterday. I went along side her-just to determine what she said. This must be ceased and that I wish my criticism can help.
