Unauthorized charges

Last month I bought an INSTYLER "warm styling iron" and required the free extra iron with paid delivery. The very first thing that occurred was they charged me twice and were able to credit me once. Subsequently, after I critically burned myself, the metal badly singed my hair. After I attempted to come back them, the salesman provided me a $30.00 discount about the purchase and was really manipulative. I rejected the present, acquired a return quantity and shipped them back again to the organization at my price of $5.70. After I obtained the credit it had been $42.00 lacking A COMPLETE CREDIT for 2 products I'd in my own house significantly less than fourteen days. I am confident they've created their "agreement" such that it contains phoney "restocking" costs (among the products was NEVER from the container), etc. The corporationis item is harmful and also the company is dishonest.
