Froze my bank account and garnished wages without notice!

We bought a car from the this company and before our payment due date we received a call stating we were to make our payment. I verified our due date and said we were not late and our due date has not passed yet. Next month the same situation happened and again and the next month and the next month. After about 6 months my husband lost his job so we called and they said we could not work anything out. We called back and they finally made arrangements with us. Two days before the agreed payment due date I pulled the car into the drive way and a tow truck and another car followed us in. The men got out of the car, like they were from the gestapo, and spoke to my husband and told us to take everything out of the car and before we had our things out the tow truck had already had our car out into the street. The rep called me the next day, to verify our payment due and I am sorry but I can not repeat the filth that came out of my mouth!!!

Just recently I went to the bank and we had over $1,300 frozen by Prestige with no notice. Legally you are to receive notice of this. I was sitting at work about 2 weeks later and they presented me with a bank garnishment. We were to receive this first then given a time frame to respond. Non was given! They just took our money! We called the bank and they could do nothing!

They showed up at my work and handed another garnishment to my HR Department with a higher amount and never deducted the amount they had taken from us.

They are a big scam!!! Dirty players and need to be under investigation for illegal practices. We as their victims are not given a way to defend ourselves! You are under their rule and they make it look so much like it is you being the deadbeat!

District Attorneys of all counties and legal authorities of all states and counties in which they have an established business, please be aware and investigate this company!

Big alert!!! Do not pursue any business with this company! There are plenty of car dealerships that will assist you with a purchase of a car if you have credit problems! Who knows what kind of racket they are involved with!!! We do know it is not legal! There are too many complaints coming in to not be aware!!! Let's close them down!
