Ripoff Automated payment automatic late fees rip off

I just received my Newport News statement and saw a 35.00 late fee posting 6/11. Of course not knowing what was going on tried to call and get disconnected.

I checked the Automated line and they received a pmt of 39.12 (which pd this account off) on 6/9,2 days before the late fee posting but for some reason the pymt made was not on the statement, how does that happen. If you have questions about your account you have to send a letter, by the time they get the letter and give me a response they will probably charge me another fee for not paying the 35.00 late fee in another statement on the account that has been paid off.
