Shady Sales Push - Fraud Alert

I called regarding a security breach on my card, and before hanging up the sales lady tried to enroll me in a fraud plan without my consent. When I said I'm not interested she just kept on typing and acting as if she didn't understand me. I said, "Let me be very clear, I do not want your program." Then she pretty much hung up on me. It's worth mentioning she never told me the price (85 cents per hundred dollars of charges monthly) before signing me up.
