Hr block emerald card
Took my money

I got the advance in the emerald card in the time block along with the emerald card required some of my money that

Was supposed to be sent towards the government and months later i eventually learn the emerald card never ship my money towards the government plus they just kept it. I called requesting information along with a print out of my statement and the operator said she'd submit via email, its been nine months and to the day i can't obtain any paperwork from their store, they simply take your money and it's a pain to obtain anything from their store... I'd not recommend this method to anyone... Please everybody prevent having the emerald card...
