I have made transfer of funds from Bank of america to HSBC on the 9 September. It been 3 weeks and bank of america cannot inform me of the whereabout of my funds. I have been on the phone at least 20 times with different departments and I keep getting conflicting answers. All I ask for is confirmation dates and numbers of where the fund are?
