This Company Scammed me out of $15,000 to get a $200,000 home loan

I was approved for a $200,000 home loan through Ellisview Solutions on 07/14. I was dealing with a tori lynn burg @ 866-219-2211 ext 150. She told me to obtain the loan I would have to wire Transfer through Western Union almost $15,000. I did the wire transfer & called them to give the MTCN #. I was then informed I would receive the loan directly deposited into my checking account in 4 to 6 hours. I never received the Loan. They called my requesting they needed additional funds for exchange fees through Canada. I did not pay anymore money. Now I cant get hold of them for a refund. When I call I just get a message saying "thank You, Goodbuy" I have the signed Contract that does NOT list $15000 in fees but just $5368.25. They kept calling saying the Lenders needed more for taxes, Insurance & Exchange rate fees. I have ALL the Western Union Receipts, what good it does me. All My Money was sent to Canada.
I really need this money back. I borrowed it from family members who are now very irate with me. Please help me get the refund back. I really NEED this money back. Could someone HELP me? The address I went through is:
