Ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam ripoff business from hell

I took a loan out with these people and was told I had to sign a form in case they couldn't get in touch with me. They did get in touch with me and wouldn't help me or make payment arrangements for me. I tried to put my account in an agency but they said they don't honor it. They kept calling and harassing me. They want me to pay it because they only want me to take out another loan and I didn't want to go through the same thing again. I would advise not dealing with this company.
