Charged for but never ordered

Item was never requested (really never heard about), but was delivered to my tackle and numerous costs were designed to my charge card. I've never delt with or heard about the corporation or item. That is totally deceptive. They deliver this material without authorization and cost charge cards that aren't directed at them for cost.
