Was giong to be bill thru phone bill without authization

Was delivered an email declaring that I'd purchase this serice that demonstrated me worldwide use of my e-mail. Was likely to statement thru my regular telephone bill. Lucky that had place in the incorrect phone number. I had been on the web when it occur and simply start my email box. On september 25 @ 9:05pm canncelled by 9:20pm. Donot understand how there receiving individuals house telephone numbers. This organization will bank on customers not searching @ the regular statement and getting unauthorizes charges.
