Home loan modification. I was ask to send a retainer of 2,000.00 to start the process. I did this in two payments. After this transaction i was never contacted again. Home Modification fraud

I have responded to an ad for a home loan modification and was then contacted from Hays and Associates out of California in responding to my request for help. They then proceed in helping me for the first month so it seemed i have paid them $2100 dollars as a retainer for their services. After they then took my money I have yet heard back from them I have left numerous of messages to the phone numbers I have and messages to the Email address that I have for them, no one has yet to contact me back now I'm in danger of loosing my home for what they have done. A date for the sale of my house has been set and now I'm out the money that it would take to save my house since these people ripped me off. Now I have to find some way to do what it takes to save my home. So I'm sending this out as a warning for those who seek help on their home.
