Incompetent with mortgage

Wells Fargo purchased our mortgage in 2004 and we've experienced HECK since. They WOn't deliver us a regular declaration to create mortgage repayments. They WOn't deliver us our 1098 to complete our fees. I've created more than 30 criticism characters to customer support with no written response. They are doing some type of computer phone plus they claim they replied to the grievances. The largest heck was they determined we required flood insurance and began receiving people. I wound up employing an attorney after three years of the S*T. To date WF has compensated people back nearly $5,000 and we're focusing on a-class action suit. I'd to place out nearly $1,000 for that attorney. I still am not obtaining regular claims or my duty paperwork. I'd the telephone turn off so that they cannot contact me anymore. Oh yes, they place our home in foreclosure also. I created my home cost for 11 years without ONE ISSUE and within three years underneath the rule of WF, my home eventually ends up on the foreclosure listing. I usually created my home cost, the foreclousure was within the escrow money-they stated we owed them. First, I actually donot have an escrow account with WF, I spend my home taxes and property owner insurance and that I ceased spending the flood insurance quantity in the home cost since I have do not require flood insurance. I will just imagine what my credit rating has become after these Bastards. I'd exceptional credit till THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OF SILK required over my mortgage. I can not consider another 9 years as my mortgage company without somebody likely to drop blood. They ought to have their title changesd to HELLS FARGO, BANK OF SATAN.
