Ripoff, court action without proof

Fairbanks filed motion in Bankruptcy Court to be relieved of court order in order to foreclose on my families home.

They said we were 20, yes 20, payments behind. After 4 months of motions and counter motions, they suddenly dropped their motions and sold my mortage again.

Their book keeping is a joke, they said we didn't make payments, yet they provided yearly statements and a court order statement proving that at least some of the payments had been made and accredited.

They failed to make escrow payments for insurance and taxes, leaving me with tax bill collectors and no insurance on the home.
