I am a disabled 78 year old woman who went to a seminar for jay kevin perry for kramer and kramer. I got extremely ill and was in the hospital for sometime. When i got out and my memory wasn't as it should be, he took complete advantage of me. I had 150,00 in midland and he went thru that, then put a second morgage on my house and made me run up huge bills on credit cards.

I had very good credit, money in the bank, my home was almost paid off. Now i have no credit, a second morgtage on my house, no reserve money, lost two condos at a 40,000 lost and a house he purchased for me thru them that they purchased the same day for 54.000 and sold to me two hours later for 69,000 and 20,000 to redo. They lied, tricked my into buying things because they did and it was a great deal. Find out later they never purchased the condo's themselves as stated. The 20,000 redo in the home was faulty at best.

Everything they said was knew in the house is falling apart. They refused to give me a key to my own home until the project was done, now i know why. The neighbors even told me that most of the work was done prior to the family that own the home prior to them moved ouing out.

I have turned them into the real estate board, the attorney generals off, securties dept, fbi fraud dept for maortage fraud. Be ware of this scam artists they are cats in wolf clothing. Take your money and run.
