Ripoff Refusal to give full refund as promised in writing Breech of contract Let's just say that this thing has got Deception written all over it!

To begin with, the aggreement I had signed stated that I could get a full refund of my $55.00. Upon rejection of my request for a loan, they said that the 55 dollars was for a membership of some kind to recieve benefits from them for a year. But at the same time they wouldn't push my request for a loan thru without a one time fee of $55.00.

In other words, they made the one time fee sound like
they were helping me! They are supposed to be Money lenders. The $55.00 is really to get my loan request heard. But after I was denied my loan. They said you had to write them in order to get your $55.00 returned to you.

I wrote them twice asking for my $55.00 back. They continue to ignore me. I reckon they think cause it wouldn't be cost, or time efficient to sue their asses cause it would cost me more in the end than what they owe me. They know this.

The deception comes in when they say that the one time fee is for a membership, when it's not. They offer nothing in terms of a membership. They're not selling a membership.

They're trying to sell a service as they call it. But then when you want a refund and are entitled to it according to the agreement that you signed. Well, let's just say that this thing has got Deception written all over it! Yes, It's written on the walls!
