Wal-Mart Money Card / GE Bank
Will not send me a replacement card

I'm considering suing GE money-bank since I've documented my card broken that we can't use anymore plus they stated they sent a brand new one, Never got it, I named them after 10 times and had them deliver me one on speed shipping for 20 bucks. They stated I'd have it from the 22nd that will be tomorrow... Easily don't I'm likely to prosecute them. I've two paychecks direct-deposited because take into account the sum total of 580$ thats using the 20 removed that i taken care of them to fedex my card in my experience. I had been wondering easily possess a situation? I expected them for my following range plus they stated they CAn't provide that out because of safety reasons.
