Ripoff In one of the many sheets they push toward you to sign, you'll find a required "small fee" discussed

We refinanced our home through Ameriquest last April. They were smooth talkers and pushed us through the signing process. When I asked them if there was an early payoff penalty or block, the manager said that we had to keep the mortgage for one year and then pay a small fee.

Small fee? First of all, there was documentation that they did not direct us to. It was one of the many sheets they push toward you to sign. There was no one year requirement and that small fee was 6 MONTHS OF INTEREST. We are going with another company and getting away from their lies and high interest. Do not use ameriquest!!!
