Keeps applying Late fees and raised my monthly payment without proper notice. Hampton, VA. Returned 12.00 Flats, have now been charged over 100.00 in late fees. I could have bought 10 pair of shoes for this

I ordered a pair of 12.00 Flats for Xmas as a gift, and they did not fit. I returned them to New-Port News for a credit. I rec. A 2.38 gift card in exchange. I was under my limit when I placed order. I automatic pay my bill early. Three months down the line, I get a call I am 117.00 over my limit. Excuse me? No way. Unfortunately this is the only account I go paperless. They tried to tell me I was late and over my limit. No way. We came to an agreement I could pay a certain amount for the next three months. So I did, and then what? I went online, and it shows my payment, and then a late fee. No. You agreed to this amount so what is up with 75.00 more in late fees? (25.00 a month) Hear this, THEY (WFNNB) cannot remove my late fees. New-Port has to. I emailed them, and they emailed me back and said I did not owe them ANYTHING! All of this for a pair of shoes I donot even have! I get phone calls constantly and even on Sunday. They start @ 8 in the morning. Remind you, NEVER Late and never missed a payment. All I want are all the late fees taken off, and my payment be the same. If they raised my monthly fee, I was never notified. My account is totally messed up. It is bad enough when you return an item, you get a gift card which in turn MEANS you keep paying for that item plus interest. I need help.
