I never had a capital one credit card. They say i had a card in 2007. I would Like to know who signed for the card as i never receieved anything from capital one about the so called card. I looked it up on the site of free credit report. The ss. Number was not mine. I TRY TO TELL ARS the situation but they hung up on me.
