Ripoff! Promised bougus tax relief help, false advertising, false guarantee Califfornia

American Tax Relief promised that they could resolve a tax issue for me within 60 days by sending out an offer in copmpromise to the IRS, but never sent such an offer to the IRS.

They also charged $2,100 to my American Express card without my authorization after tricking me into revealing the card number, saying they needed it for credit verification purposes.

I have asked for a refund numerous times and they have never responded.
