A buddy of mine simply changed to VOIP (internet-phone support) and he or she hasbeen happy using the quality and client service of her supplier — SunRocket. I intend to consider changing... Listed here is some info I came across concerning the support: As The telephone service from Sunrocket was appropriate in my experience, my criticism is on the payment methods. Our yearly support was up for restoration in November. I changed to some other organization and terminated the Sunrocket consideration in Sept (E-Mail verification obtained).in June and March, I received notices that my support was arising for restoration and my consideration would be charged. I named to verify that my consideration was certainly shut and that I wouldn't be charged and was guaranteed by their customer care repetition which was the situation.in December I obtained a $208 cost. I named to protest and was guaranteed that it'd be studied down within 10 times. We're today on morning 20 but still no credit. I've questioned the cost and reported towards the BBB, but nonetheless no credit. These men are possibly inefficient, inexperienced, imbecilic fools or they're criminals, basically.By all means... Steer clear!
