SunRocket customers. Avoid Teleblend like the plague! Ripoff

We were SunRocket customers for over a year, and then they went out of business without telling anyone and just cut everyone's phone service off.

Somehow, our service was NOT cut off and we were able to switch before we lost service totally. We chose the company they highly recommended, (which was stupid, right?), Teleblend.

We can MAKE calls, but cannot receive them, do not have voicemail, etc.

I have sent in 4 trouble tickets, 4 emails and called several times (about 5).

When we CAN get through to customer service (yeah, right. If that's what you call it). They tell us that all they can do is put in another trouble ticket.

They didn't waste any time at all taking my money to pay for this new VOIP telephone service. But they haven't provided any service, won't answer customer calls for help, do not reply to email or trouble tickets, and have not fixed the problem (it's been about a week now).

We are switching to another company - one that didn't start up just to benefit from SunRocket going under (a strange coincidence that Teleblend went into business the day Sunrocket went out of business eh?).

If you are reading this, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TELEBLEND VOIP Service, FIND SOMEONE ELSE! If you already signed up, get out while you can without a disconnect fee!
