Dishonesty and ripping off customers!

FPL in Palm Coast.inside the previous month we've passed them over $800.00. We offered them nearly $600.00 of it first after which they turned up just like a week later and disconnected our power-over the things they stated was one more deposit. That day-we lent the $250.00 and settled it plus they switched the ability back on. Today fourteen days have handed and without first getting a regular statement, we get a closing notice for nearly $200.00 DEPOSIT. We've a few times in the future up withit and we can not. While we named to ask why we are acquiring another deposit, they stated the final period was not a deposit. This really is along with them continuing to try and consider cash out-of my momis banking account and evoking the check to jump... After she asked them to prevent! (for this reason they stated they charged us that deposit that they currently refuse was a deposit!) They claim she didnot obtain them to prevent automated billpay but she did. I had been sitting there when she required it, I understand she did. Anyhow, when somebody understands just how to prosecute them, I'd like to understand, I Will join you. Teresa. Green73@yahoo.com
