SRC Leads Defrauded by Survey Resource Center aka SRC Leads

On June 26, I agreed to buy mortgage leads in LA and Mississippi. The Salesman, who said his name is Alex Ruiz, said the leads would be shipped to me promptly via email. Unfortunately, Alex Ruiz failed to mention that they did not have the LA and Mississippi leads I ordered.

I asked to have my money refunded. They agreed. I have recorded conversations with Melissa Molina and Teresa Bridges saying that I would get my money. Today is 9/2/09 and I started the refund process on 6/30/09. I am tired of getting lied to and told to wait just another week or two. SRC Leads got my money and had no intention of providing the product or returning the money to me.

I had a bad feeling about this from the beginning and that is why I recorded the calls, kept all of the emails, and kept track of every single conversation with this company including time and date. Because of the nature of their operation, I believe this matter to not only require a civil action but a criminal action as well.

I am ticked off at myself for being taken by these shysters. What do you call it when you buy a product over the phone that they don't even have and won't give you your money back? FRAUD.

These people need to be brought to justice. I am starting the process. If you read this and have any information you can share with me regarding Survey Resource Center, Bryan G. Levy President, Seth J. Levy VP, or Leonard H. Gorman the registered agent, that I can bring to the FTC, please do not hesitate to call me at mobile.
