Ripoff, takes your money without providing insurance leads as promised

This company contacted me directly asking if I would like to use them to generate more insurance leads for my agency. I agreed to their terms and allowed them to bill my credit card $450 for appx 30 leads which I should receive within 30-60 days. I signed up May 23 as as of today, August 8th, I've not received 1 lead from them.

I have contacted them and asked for a full refund by August 23 and I am hoping that they will agree but I am not sure that they will. I just received an email from an insurance agent in NY that used this company and is now disputing the charges with his credit card company because Marketing Survey Center is giving him the run around about his refund.

I don't want others to fall victim like it appears I have! Like my gut instinct told me, never pay in advance for something you haven't received!!!
