Billed our american express $149.99 to get a membership cost - no idea who these folks actually are and not approved this demand. When you call to cancel they hassle you, inform you they cannot find your member quantity, move one to different people but if you continue to say you have to cancel plus they have to determine on the website finish whichever must be done you'll be able to cancel. They return you the prorated portion of the abandoned account (that you simply did not need in the 1st location) our credit is designed to appear on my statement in one or two payment rounds... We shall observe.
